Gemsco Capital is a Real Estate Investment and Advisory Firm located in New York City.

As Principals, we make real estate equity and/or debt investments across most property types. We invest in and/or acquire single assets, portfolios, real estate companies and securities. This includes acquiring properties outright, making joint venture investments, acquiring loans or loan pools, providing short-term 1st and 2nd lien, bridge or mezzanine capital, and providing capital to public and private real estate entities.
